Please read our Terms and Conditions of Sale should you not agree with anything you can phone, fax or email Eurosuits and we will try to resolve your problem or we will assume you have accepted them in full.
Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system, you will receive a confirmation of your order as an e-mail. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes in your order, please email us immediately. This e-mail is a copy of your order as sent and is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order, a Despatch Note will be included with your order.
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and include VAT at the current rate. If a price changes or a product becomes unavailable you will be notified and given an option on something else or a full refund if required.
The majority of orders will be despatched the same day, but Whilst we endeavour to send out goods the same day as receiving the order, on occasions the item may have to come to us from our european suppliers so delivery to you may take approximately 10 days, you will, however be kept informed in this is the case.. If you need any items for a specific date please call us to arrange a separate delivery if necessary.
We are normally able to offer next day or 48 hour delivery within the UK, please E-Mail or call 020 8906 1661 for the cost of this option as it can vary depending on the items ordered and delivery address.
If there is a known delay with your order we will contact you but please contact us by E-Mail or call 020 8906 1661 if your order has not been received within 21 days of placing your order.
For orders delivered outside the UK, as card security procedures cannot be adequately confirmed, Eurosuits requires cardholders to obtain the authorisation code from their card issuer for the transaction they have completed, and contact us via email or phone with the code so this can be matched, upon receipt of which the goods will be despatched.
We reserve the right to use any delivery/courier company that we see fit. Orders must be received by 3pm (Monday to Friday) to ensure same day despatch. (Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday). Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. There is no delivery on weekends or Bank Holidays. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. Goods will only be delivered to the billing address associated with the card. In the event of you deciding to have the consignment left at your address unsigned for, Eurosuits will not be held responsible for its safety.

PLEASE NOTE: Where free postage has been allowed on orders over £95.00, any returned goods that bring the total goods retained to less than £95.00 will incur a deduction of the appropriate postage costs.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the payment of any local taxes and duties that may be in force at the time of purchase.

Eurosuits attempts to be as accurate as possible. However we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate complete reliable, or error free.
Whilst the photographs we use show the products as accurately as we can they are still photographs and so, as such, may not show accurately cloth textures, please bare this in mind when ordering.
From time to time there may be information on this site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. (Including after you have submitted your order) We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us together with your receipt and contact details within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We advise you to obtain ‘proof of posting’ (recorded delivery) when returning goods and that you return items by Royal Mail or other suitable carrier.
The amount due will be credited to the card used for the initial payment. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed. You are responsible for postage costs for returned goods.
Exchange . If you wish to exchange goods, please e-mail us with the details in order that the goods can be reserved for you.
There is a £2.95 handling fee for all exchanges. The free delivery offer is only redeemable on the original order. It is only fair as we have to pay twice for the product. Once to send it and secondly to get it back. . We Do Not Offer a Collection Service. Eurosuits will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Goods returned must be:
(a) unworn and unwashed,
(b) in the original packaging, shoe boxes MUST NOT be used as the outer packaging when returning them to us.
(c) complete with all labels etc and
(d) in a condition that makes them fit for immediate re-sale.
If any returned goods do not meet these rigorous standards, no refund will be given.
If you return goods with a request for a refund, you will be responsible for the postage costs from you to us. If the goods are faulty, we will refund your postage costs. If goods are returned as unwanted and a refund requested we will ONLY refund the cost of the items and NOT the postage.

For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds/exchanges are not available for used underwear, swimwear and socks (this does not apply to faulty goods – faulty products will be exchanged like for like).
Damaged or Goods sent in Error
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order inexcellent condition. If you do not receive your products ordered, Please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately, this will be given priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours.
You may cancel your order at any time by e-mailing us, by phoning us or writing to us.We will send you a refund within 10 days of you cancelling the order. If the goods have already been despatched, customers are asked to return them unopened within ten days of receipt prior to a refund being given.
Complaints will be dealt with promptly and in accordance with UK law. To register a complaint send an email to email@example.com
The seller is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil any order due to events beyond the seller’s control. While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of Stephen Allen Men’s Wear.
